Fleet Controller
Job Description
We are hiring! We are looking for a passionate, professional and
committed Fleet Controller to join our team.
What the role requires:
Truck experience with regards to Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs, Tyres and COF requirements.
Preferably qualified diesel technician.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office including Emails.
Experience in SAPS systems and processes regarding police clearance and Admin / S Mark removals.
Experience in Controlling Workshops and Technicians
Keen eye for detail
Excellent Customer Relations
Strong Admin skills including planning, actioning, and follow-up
Able to deal with adversity in difficult situations and retain good working relationships
Goal orientated with negotiation and planning skills on required actions and pricing
Able to be on standby on rotation basis to arrange breakdown support after hours
Able to work out Mark Up, Gross Profit and Cost Job Cards and Labour Times
Minimum requirements:
No criminal record
No ITC defaults / judgements
Matric
Live locally
Minimum 2 years Fleet Controller experience in the transport industry
