Job Description
Job Summary xe2x9cx85 Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience in the abnormal / heavy haulage industry (preferably)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Plan and coordinate daily activities of drivers and vehicles
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with policies
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver hours
- Ensure statutory requirements (e.g., Hazchem) are met
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform administrative duties and document control
