KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet customer service delivery targets
Damage investigation and root cause analysis
Understand and maintain the Company SOPs
Understand and maintain OEM SOPs
Maintain all vehicles movements on VTS
Report Company performance in daily / monthly meetings with customers
Price adjustments - maintain price tables
Reconcile billing file
Customer Service within dealer base
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
BCom Graduate (Logistics / Transportation)
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary logistics qualification essential
Computer literacy essential
Excel intermediate/advance knowledge and experience critical
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Motivated & diligent
Meticulous / Attention to detail
Must be able to prioritise tasks
Good communication skills
Be able to work under pressure
Responsible & reliable
Able to function independently
Must be able to work overtime & be on stand-by over weekends
Must have a valid drivers license and own transport
