Key Responsibilities

Create local and regional flavors with the aim of winning projects and creating new/match benchmarks/golden standards based on local needs Understand and interpret clients' needs and translate them into flavor compositions which are within client quality, price and regulatory guidelines respecting all relevant company policies and standards. Develop formulations following internal GCP and brief requirements Work in close collaboration with the Application/industrialization team at factory to ensure good industrial feasibility of new developments Perfect know-how of the main applications, process and the main mechanisms of flavor matrix interactions. Strong know-how of food science and business acumen. Evaluate new raw materials and introduce them into the local palette.

You Bring

Technical background in Food Science/Chemistry with undergraduate/postgraduate degree and 5-7 years of experience in Beverage/Sweet Goods creation. Training from a reputed university or flavor house. Strong understanding of Flavor Science, including stability, reactivity, and analytical techniques. Knowledge of flavoring and non-flavoring creation palette, including chemical structures and parameters. Expertise in sugar, salt, and umami reduction, mouthfeel, and masking tools. Proactive, autonomous, and capable of handling multiple projects methodically within short deadlines; accurate, rigorous, and well-organized. Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; enthusiastic, open-minded, and a good team player; willing to travel; fluent in English, with additional languages as an asset.
