A luxury hospitality wine estate in Stellenbosch is recruiting a Fixed Term Estate Receptionist to join their guest services team for the busy season. The ideal candidate will be professional, warm, and service-driven, providing a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Description
The Estate Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries. This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle phone and email inquiries professionally.
- Process bookings and payments accurately.
- Maintain guest records and administrative systems.
- Support front-of-house and concierge functions as needed.
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Contract: Fixed Term Seasonal
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and relevant hospitality or admin qualification.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or wine estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability and computer literacy.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
