Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the registration and query handling of claims
Job Outputs:
Adherence to claims notification and registration process
Claims support and administration
Liaising with insurers to follow up on outstanding documents
Reactive policy underwriting
Customer Service
Adherence to risk and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate/ Matric
FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full FSCA aligned qualification as per legislation, is an advantage
Regulatory exam (RE5) advantageous
Experience:
Minimum 1 years' applicable Short Term Insurance Customer Service and Claims experience
Minimum 6 months Contact Centre experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Multilingual, including English
Problem solving skills
Empathetic
Ability to cope under pressure
Communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
