To establish and maintain customer/member and business relationships, render banking-related support services to them and sell loans and value-added products related to loans. The fulfilment of inbound/outbound calls to members in order to promote and sell loans and maintain relationships. The position is base at the iMasFinance Centurion office.
Outputs and Responsibilities:
Sale of secured and unsecured loans and related products
Processing and finalization of loan applications
Conclude loan application in line with member needs
Efficient and effective customer service delivery
Cross selling of other iMasFinance products
Liaise with members and employer groups
Credit applications
Credit agreements
Qualifications:
Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting
Banking or Financial Services Accredited Certificate / Qualification
Comply with FSCA requirements
Drivers License (Code 08) passed for manual transmitted vehicle (not automatic)
Experience:
2 years' experience within a financial industry including Loan Products
2 years' experience within a marketing/sales environment
Computer experience - MS Office (working experience on Excel)
Knowledge and Skills:
Understands Contact Centre Technology
Customer experience and service delivery
Quality assurance, Sales & Marketing
Retention processes and procedures
Exceptional Financing knowledge
Applicable legislation e.g. FAIS and NCA knowledge
Financial industry and Market knowledge
Computer literacy (MS Office)
