Financial Site Administrator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated & result oriented individual within the construction environment. This position is based in Kimberley. The successful candidate will be effectively assisting the Operations Manager and willing to work weekends.
Minium Requirements
- Matric.
- 1+ Year experience in a similar position.
- Experience: Microsoft Office 365 and Pastel Accounting
- Essential: own vehicle and valid Driverxe2x80x99s License.
- Willingness to weekends.
- Initiating prepaid account setups
- Timely loading of payments, with ad-hoc availability on weekends and after hours to ensure prompt payment processing.
- Oversight of wages and salaried staff hours, including the management of clocking reports
- Dispatching invoices to clients via email
- Administration management for all site-related tasks
- Facilitating interim payment requests
- Conducting age analysis for efficient financial tracking
- Issuing overdue letters and diligently following up on outstanding payments
- Maintaining general availability on weekends, particularly crucial during month-end processes.
