This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys getting into the detail, and can translate data into clear business insight.
What Youll Be Doing
Monthly Reporting & Analysis
Drive executive reporting packs. Analyse performance. Spot trends. Provide insight that influences decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, flash reports and cashflow planning. Keep the business forward-looking.
Business Partnering
Work closely with operations and leadership. Provide financial clarity on projects, risks and opportunities.
Financial Modelling
Build and maintain models for forecasting, scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
ERP & Reporting Optimisation
Ensure reporting accuracy. Improve systems. Make data work harder.
Process Improvement
Continuously refine FP&A processes to increase efficiency and insight.
What Were Looking For
BCom in Financial / Cost & Management Accounting (Essential)
CA(SA) or CIMA (Advantageous)
Minimum 5 years experience
Manufacturing exposure essential
JSE reporting environment highly advantageous
Strong communicator. Commercial thinker. Calm under pressure.
