What your main responsibilities are
Our FP&A team vision is clear, to provide decision support that drives profitable growth. Each of our FP&A team members is a trusted business partner responsible for a geographical remit within the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa region, leading end-to-end support on FP&A responsibilities for various activities.

What you'll be working on
  • Financial Performance Reporting and Analysis: Take ownership with thorough analysis of financial data: develop deep, actionable insights that support decision making through influential discussions with compelling presentations/reports.
  • Business Planning: Working closely with key stakeholders, to prepare budgets/outlooks.
  • Financial Performance Optimization to Deliver Value with Velocity: proactively identify and analyse risks, opportunities, and constraints. Evaluate and present recommendations and actions, to support decision making. Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of actions to ensure results are realised.
  • Investment Appraisal: Support the strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal, by providing financial planning and modelling skills and applying appropriate value creation assessment methods.
  • Commercial Opportunity Assessments: Work swiftly with Commercial Management team to assess revenue opportunities.
  • Alignments with cross-functional stakeholders: From individual contributors to senior leadership, on varying matters, you'll build and develop effective relationships, to influence optimal business decisions.
What we are looking for
  • Education: bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • FP&A experience would be an advantage, the seniority of the analyst role offered would be dependent on your experience.
  • Other qualifications or skills considered a plus: Professional qualification in accounting, master's degree, proficiency in data/analytics tools; Power BI, Oracle Essbase, Hyperion Enterprise and Business Objects, Teradata.
