Financial Planner - Old Mutual Authorised Franchise

As an Old Mutual Partner, my client specialises in individual and business financial planning, offering long-term insurance, retirement annuities, investments, succession planning, group life cover and employee benefits. With the backing of a respected brand and a robust support structure, you can focus on what you do best - helping clients achieve financial security.
Qualifications, skils and experience required:

• Matric & FAIS-recognised qualification (NQF 5 or higher).
• RE5 certification.
• COB certification (especially 3 & 7).
• DOFA in long-term insurance.
• At least 12 months' proven financial planning/advisory experience.
• Established client base (middle- to high-income earners preferred).
• Strong business development skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilties: We are looking for experienced and entrepreneurial financial planners to:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for individuals and businesses.
• Deliver tailored solutions across risk, investment, retirement, and estate planning.
• Build and manage a profitable client base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct regular client reviews to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Maintain the highest compliance standards while acting in your clients' best interests.

• Settling-in allowance: R25 000 per month for the first 2 months.
• Earnings model: 80% of commission to the Financial Planner, 20% to the Franchise.
