Our client, a well-established firm based in the Southern Suburbs, is looking for a proactive and client-focused Financial Planner to join their team.

Salary: Basic salary negotiable dependent on experience, plus commission and incentives.

Requirements:

Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (BCom/BusSci/Hons preferred) Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Planner Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) RE5 qualification essential CFP designation (or working towards it) advantageous Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a professional team based in Newlands Meet with new and existing clients (in-person or virtually) Follow structured onboarding processes for new clients Provide comprehensive investment and financial advice Assist clients with offshore investment strategies Support clients with tax, estate, and will planning Conduct portfolio and investment reviews Stay informed on markets, legislation, and financial products Handle client queries efficiently and maintain accurate records * Ensure compliance with FICA and regulatory requirements
