In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Professional qualification in Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with business units to understand and support their financial planning needs
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing key financial information
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and tools
