You will play a important part in the business, including being involved in overseeing other things, like HR.

Requirements:
Professional Finance Qualification
Proven experience in hospitality / restaurant groups
Xero Accounting experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide the finance team and other staff
Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for Financial / Operational and HR performance of multiple outlets.
Internal Audits
Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities, including Industrial Relations:
Keep abreast of changes in company policies and procedures and ensure that subordinates are totally conversant with and implement them
Implementation and revising of systems and procedures
Training subordinates in their respective positions to ensure that systems and procedures are utilised to maximum potential to ensure a smooth and profitable operation
* Providing the CEO with timely updates on all company activities and developments
