Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, honors degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including cash management, revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks
• Monitor gaming transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior management
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits and inspections
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
• Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial management
