- Experience in debit order collections, preferably within financial services
- Strong administration skills -- accuracy, organisation, and follow-through are essential
- Ability to engage professionally with brokers, including managing challenging interactions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Someone resilient, process-driven, and committed to excellent customer and broker service
- A team player who can also take ownership of tasks independently
