A Multinational Agricultural and Manufacturing company is in search of a Financial Manager to head up their operations in Mpumalanga. The company has a strong global footprint, operating in 25 countries and is growing.
Job & Company Description:
This affluent company in the Agriculture and manufacturing industry is currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join their operational team. The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to use their strong personality and people skills to contribute to the success of this company by making decisions and having a clear vision in terms of the development of the business.
Duties:
- Preparing annual financial statements and reports
- Stock evaluations and controls
- Reconciling monthly stock takes
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Team management and leadership
Qualifications:
- Completed BCom degree
- CIMA qualification would be highly advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience is essential
- Previous people management experience is essential
- Manufacturing or agricultural industry experience is highly advantageous
- Must preferably come from a production or large environment
