Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and working capital.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and support property portfolio financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
- Professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial management, ideally in the property or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and property accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
