We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the full spectrum of financial operations across a diversified group comprising hospitality, rental pool operations, and property holding entities. This is a hands-on role requiring oversight of day-to-day accounting, taxation, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control, as well as high-level supervision of external management agents for property schemes.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will lead a small accounts team, supervise financial operations across multiple entities, and report jointly to senior management, including an overseas finance representative. You will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets for hospitality, rental pool, and property entities
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives within the property scheme
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare trial balances for audit
  • Prepare income projections and provisional tax calculations
  • Roll over and set up accounts for the new financial year
  • Manage any other financial issues arising in the group
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Produce management accounts for hospitality and rental pool operations
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Monitor body corporate accounts for accuracy
  • Review and process payroll for junior and executive staff
  • Prepare VAT returns and pension fund schedules
  • Conduct periodic cash flow projections
Weekly Responsibilities
  • Monitor debtors and credit control processes
  • Ensure proper procedures for creditor approvals and payments are followed
Daily Responsibilities
  • Track daily cash flow and financial transactions
  • Supervise accounts team and provide coaching for development
  • Process payments and attend to daily administrative financial issues
  • Support operational teams as needed
Software & Systems Knowledge
  • Experience with ACCPAC and SimplePay advantageous
  • Familiarity with OPERA PMS beneficial but not essential
  • Strong Excel skills for management reporting, budgeting, and analysis
Qualifications & Experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred, with 3-5 years post-qualification experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
