The Financial Manager will oversee the full finance function, contributing directly to performance optimisation and business sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in managing daily financial operations and month-end close.
• Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Deliver accurate financial statements and insights that support business strategy.
• Maintain robust internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Analyse financial data to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage external stakeholder relationships including auditors and financial institutions.
• Drive system and process improvements across the finance function.
• Develop and mentor finance staff to ensure continuous growth and capability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate studies advantageous).
• 5-8 years' experience in a senior finance role within logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors.
• Strong track record in financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
• Advanced experience working with ERP and financial systems.
