Job Description
Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing the financial department. This includes creating an environment for growth and personal development for the team. You will design and implement financial controls that are functional and provide accuracy. Revising the monthly VAT reconciliations and ensuring VAT2021 is submitted. Make sure the monthly accounts are completed and accurate.
Skills & Experience:
Need to be an energetic individual
Honesty and integrity
Level-headed to work in a changing environment
A key eye for detail
Qualification:
SAICA/ CA (SA) qualified completed
Minimum 1 - 2 years post-article experience
SAGE Evolution Experience (beneficial)
PayProp Experience (beneficial)
Property development experience (beneficial)
