Our client in the property industry is looking for a Reporting Financial Manager, to work together with other financial managers, broader finance and operations teams to produce all group reporting (internal & external)

JOB SEPCIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Job Knowledge:

• Knowledge of financial statement preparation (Essential)
• Knowledge of IFRS (Essential)
• Knowledge of consolidation workings (Essential)
• Knowledge of SQL (Desirable)
• Knowledge of REITS and Section 13 of the JSE Listings Requirements (Desirable)
• Knowledge of accounting structures & procedures (Desirable)
• Knowledge of corporate governance and companies act legislation (Desirable)

• Chartered Accountant (SA) - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in group reporting (Essential)
