Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for agricultural operations.
Manage budgets, cash flow, and internal controls.
Partner with operational teams to enhance productivity and profitability.
Support strategic decision-making and capital investment evaluations.
Mentor finance staff and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification preferable
5-7 years' financial management experience, with at least 3 years in agriculture or production.
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and cost accounting.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
