Job Description
Education:
- CA(SA)
- 3 years post article experience
- Recent SAP experience (Non-negotiable)
- Advanced Excel skills (Non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of IFRS 15
- Strong people management skills
- Planning and forecasting
- Manage performance of staff and their development
- Responsible for the preparation and reporting of project controlling projects
- Interpretation of financial data with gap analysis
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship between internal and external stakeholders
- Project controlling
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the project controlling function
- Responsible for WIP analysis linked to project controlling
- Monthly GM analysis
- Internal controls & compliance
- Responsible for ensuring all finance policies, procedures and forms are up to date
- Statutory & governance administration
- Responsible to ensure group AML/KYC directives are applied and adhered to
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
- Group reporting
- Review and ensure accuracy of all financial data within SAP, SAGE & Caseware posted by direct reporting team
- Annual Financial Audit
- Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate submission of all monthly reports (Internal & External)
- Monthly updating and reporting of financial KPIs with detail analysis of results
