A well-established Manufacturing / FMCG business is looking to appoint a Financial Manager (Finance, Accounting & Reporting Team Leader) to lead and support the finance function.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have completed Articles, with at least 5 years' post-articles experience in a FMCG or manufacturing environment, including hands-on factory finance experience and 3 years' experience managing or leading a finance team.
Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential. The role covers end-to-end finance and reporting activities, including debtors and creditors, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, cash flow management, statutory submissions, payroll oversight and IT function oversight. Key responsibilities also include standard costing, variance analysis and profit plan versus actual performance, making it ideal for a hands-on finance professional ready for their next step.
