TFN Fuel Group is a fast-growing, technology-driven fuel and logistics business operating at scale across multiple business units. We are building an integrated ecosystem that combines operational excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for a highly capable and commercially minded Financial Manager to help drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth across the group.

Role Overview



The Financial Manager will be responsible for the full financial management function of the group. This role requires a hands-on, business-oriented finance leader who works closely with the CEO, executive team, and operational departments to improve financial performance, support strategic decisions, and build strong financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities



Financial Management & Reporting



Oversee comprehensive financial management across the group Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights

Compliance & Governance



Ensure full corporate-level financial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks Prepare all financial records, schedules, and supporting documentation for annual external audits Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

Operational & Strategic Support



Work closely with operations teams to improve financial efficiency and profitability Translate financial data into clear business insights for non-financial stakeholders Support decision-making with real-time financial analysis and scenario modelling Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-optimisation initiatives

Creditors & Process Development



Establish and manage a new creditors department for the group Implement best-practice processes, controls, and reporting structures Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant supplier payments

Leadership & Collaboration



Partner closely with the CEO to drive group-wide profitability and strategic growth Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives Support executive decision-making with robust financial modelling and insights

Data & Systems Development



Work with the software development team and business units to build a strong, centralised data analysis and reporting framework Improve access to real-time financial and operational data Ensure financial systems scale with business growth

Qualifications & Experience



Required:



Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification Proven experience in financial management, preferably within a multi-entity or fast-growing environment Strong knowledge of corporate compliance regulations and reporting requirements Experience working with audits, statutory submissions, and governance frameworks

Advantageous:



Experience in logistics, fuel, fintech, or technology-enabled businesses Exposure to building or restructuring finance departments Strong data, systems, and automation mindset
