My client is seeking a seasoned and influential Financial Manager to join our growing telecommunications organization. This is a senior leadership role for a qualified Chartered Accountant who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced, and scaling environment.
The successful candidate will be more than a technical finance expert--they will be a strategic partner and culture carrier, ensuring that the finance function not only supports but actively accelerates organizational growth. This role requires someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on, driving financial excellence and enabling confident, high-impact decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and controls
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insight that drives growth, profitability, and scalability
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams, fostering a strong performance-driven culture
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and decision support
• Improve financial processes, systems, and operational efficiency in a dynamic environment
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution as the business scales

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Significant experience in a senior finance or financial management role
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence at executive level
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic financial capability
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment
• Ability to make sound, high-impact decisions quickly and confidently
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
