Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive strategic financial planning aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Partner with executive leadership to support growth and profitability initiatives.
- BCom degree
- 10+ years' experience in financial management, preferably within aviation or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.
