Job Description

Job Summary A leading business is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their management team. This organisation requires a solutions-driven finance professional who brings not only deep technical expertise but also the agility and authority to manage complex operations and strengthen financial governance.
Key Responsibilities:

Full finance management including reporting, IFRS compliance, controls, and governance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

Oversee SOX controls, audit processes, and year-end requirements

Drive operational finance with strong involvement in production, costing, and stock-related processes

Deliver accurate, high-quality reporting to leadership and operational teams

Enhance processes, systems, and internal controls across all finance functions

Support business performance through insights, analysis, and financial modelling

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification

3-5 years' management experience in a finance leadership role * Exposure to agriculture, manufacturing, or mining environments (advantageous)

SOX experience highly beneficial
Strong technical background: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS
Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on, analytical, and solutions-driven professional
