Are you ready to kick your career into high gear? We're searching for a motivated Finance Manager (CA(SA)) who can hit the ground running and bring fresh energy and value from day one!
An established company in the agriculture sector (with a splash of Manufacturing and Mining in the mix) is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Finance Manager who's ready to jump in and make things happen! You'll take the lead on all things numbers, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and keeping everything running smoothly and compliantly while adding your own flair to the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full financial management function

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles

Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and financial policies

Maintain accurate financial records and high-quality reporting standards

Drive month-end and year-end processes

Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements

Support audit processes and provide financial insights to management

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification

3-5 years management experience

Industry experience in Agriculture (preferred), Manufacturing, or Mining

Strong SOX compliance experience

Solid knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and IFRS

Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail and excellent communication abilities
