An established organisation in the manufacturing and product sector is looking for a seasoned Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their team in Johannesburg East. If you've got the technical depth, leadership experience, and strategic mindset to guide both operations and executives, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial insights at board level
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and governance standards are met
- Manage and mentor finance staff to build a high-performance team
- CA(SA) - registered
- Minimum 5 years' post-article experience in financial management
- Experience in manufacturing or product industries preferred
- Proven track record in management accounting and strategic support
- Strong board presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel and solid ERP exposure
- Leadership ability with a hands-on, commercial mindset
