Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a Financial Manager who's ready to step beyond spreadsheets and into the world of private equity and investments, where sharp financial oversight powers multi-million rand decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end financial operations across investment structures and portfolio entities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for active funds and corporate finance
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory filings
- Support deal execution, M&A, and capital structuring with commercial insights
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA)_
- Proven experience in private equity, investment firms, or financial services
- Strong technical background in IFRS, fund structures, and consolidated reporting
