Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of accurate, compliant financial statements for multiple property entities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize portfolio performance and returns.
- Oversee compliance with IFRS, property legislation, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Partner with auditors, banks, and investors while managing the audit process end-to-end.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide property acquisitions, developments, and asset management decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve operational excellence.
- BCom in Accounting
- 5+ years' experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of property accounting, IFRS, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
