This established business with a national footprint is looking for a Financial Manager who brings more than technical accuracy to the table, someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates with influence, and understands the levers that drive performance. You'll be surrounded by intellectual people who value facts, figures, and someone who knows how to back-up their decisions with confidence. The role needs a lead who can engage with various teams, make things happen across divisions, and bring clarity to complexity. Other Duties Include:
- Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing capex, cost controls, and balance sheet integrity
- Overseeing working capital, procurement processes, and stock reconciliations
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Presenting financial results and insights to regional and executive leadership
- CA(SA) qualification essential
- Minimum 4 years post-articles experience in a mid to large business
- Proven ability to manage the full financial function
- Commercial mindset and confidence in leading conversations across all levels
- Ability to influence and engage with operational teams and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience on Oracle ERP highly advantageous
