A well-established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. This role is perfect for a strategic and hands-on professional with strong financial management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, controls, and IFRS standards.
Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
Lead and develop a finance team to optimize performance.
Work closely with auditors and oversee audit processes.

POSITION INFO:
Job experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) or relevant financial qualification.
5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, cost control, and compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
