The entity excels in delivering comprehensive services, harnessing a combination of expertise across construction, painting, renovations, and property management, recognized for their multidisciplinary, industry-leading proficiency.The ideal candidate will oversee annual financial planning, liaise with Managers, and ensure CEO approval. They'll manage budgeting, forecasts, and provide financial advice, closely monitoring economic trends. This role includes overseeing compliance, risk management, and audit processes, as well as driving continuous improvement in financial practices. Key skills required are problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication, along with a strong grasp of IFRS and analytical thinking.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)/CIMA
- A minimum of 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in construction sector.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a leadership position
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and taxation laws.
