Management Accounting

Budget Preparation (Responsible for Coordinating, compiling and consolidating the units budget, Master Budget and Monthly Profit Forecasts)
Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and submit as per set deadlines
Detailed GC/NC Analysis vs Budget/Previous Year/Forecast
Detailed cost analysis for the running projects
Prepare Monthly Operating Cash flow
Product Costing and Pricing
Prepare stock valuations for finished goods, Stock Variance Reports and ensure that spares and consumables stock valuations are done
Working Capital Management of the companies to control finance cost and effective management of resources
Managing Credit risks through necessary insurance and implementing other internal controls in place

Financial Accounting

Prepare Tax Pack and Deferred Tax Calculation
Prepare statutory accounts yearly and coordinate independently with the external audit team
Preparing Statutory Return Schedules and remit to the authorities as per set payment dates
Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory regulations
Assist the Finance Director in managing internal and external audits

Other Responsibilities

Ensure creditors, cashbook and debtors Reconciliations are done and agrees to the general ledger
Ensuring General Ledger Reconciliation
