Job Description
Qualifications required:
- Qualified CA(SA).
- Big 4 Articles will be given preference.
- Academic achievements (Cum Laude, Golden Key Member, first time board passes, or other)
- 2 - 3 years post articles experience.
- Proven track record of achievements academic, career and/or extra mural.
- People management experience is beneficial.
- Strong people skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial planning and organisation skills.
- Strong analytical and operational skills.
- Analyse day-to-day financial activities and provide insights and advise to senior management.
- Report on financial matters for business and financial decision making purposes.
- Managing and maintain organisations financial health.
- Develop and implement financial plans to ensure organisational growth and increased profitability.
- Analyse and monitor company financial performance as well as areas for improvement to ensure continued success.
- Analyse practices and processes.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Financial and operations management.
- Financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with various accounting standards for all group entities.
- Budgets and forecasts.
- Tax management and advice.
