Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company located in the North of Johannesburg is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team!
Minimum education: Any Finance, Accounting or Business related Degree (non-negotiable)
Minimum experience: 3 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a Financial Manager role
Computer packages: competent in any accounting packages and proficient in all the Microsoft Office packages
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
- Daily banking requirements / reconciliations
- Manage cashflow
- Authorise payments
- Debtor receipts and monthly statements
- Monthly reconciliations of all accounts
- Maintenance of orderly accounting filing system
- Oversee the portal system.
- Payment and recon of Creditors
- Processing and management of payroll
- Processing the payroll for +/-30 employees
- Preparation and management of all tax liabilities and superannuation
- Monthly reporting
- End of Month Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Calculate and issue financial analysis of AP & AR reports
- Manufacturing project analysis
- Staff credit card maintenance, governance, and reconciliation
- Financial Analysis of reporting
- Liaising with external accountants / auditors
- Controlling VAT returns
- BBBEE Audit and best rating assurance
- Check Goods receipting of Sea Container stock
- Oversee stock takes and stock adjustments
- Control insurances
