A leading South African Real Estate agency company is currently seeking a Financial Manager on a 3-month fixed term contract to assist with their financial year end.
As the Financial Manager you will responsible for the following:
- Take control of the entire financial function, driving consistent quality in accounting matters
- Monthly review of Finance Managers work and ensuring accounting division runs smoothly
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Monthly review of balance sheet recons to ensure all balance sheet accounts are being reconciled and done correctly & on time.
- Review of all income statements to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Performing, reviewing and driving adjustment accounts to finalization
- Preparation of fixed asset register and wear and tear register
- Assisting with utility schedules on a quarterly basis
- Assistance with BEE reporting
- BCom Hons in Accounting
- Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles
- 8 years experience as a Finance Manager
