This is a Financial Manager role for someone who wants more than month-end and maintenance mode. Think scale, innovation and real influence in a business where finance actually drives decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role with exposure to senior stakeholders, meaningful decision-making and the chance to shape systems, processes and outcomes as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review management accounts, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Manage tax planning, submissions and statutory compliance across the business
• Evaluate, track and control capital expenditure, including ROI analysis and reporting
• Lead, mentor and support the finance team while partnering closely with senior management

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) - non-negotiable
• 3+ years post-articles experience
• Exposure to tech-driven, FinTech or telecommunications environments (advantageous)
• Proven involvement in financial reporting, budgeting and strategic support
• Experience working with senior management or executives
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• ERP exposure, ideally Navision or MS Dynamics
