Job Summary This opportunity sits within a well-established, fast-moving organisation operating in a regulated, commercial environment. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and manage the end-to-end finance function, from planning and analysis through to audit, cash flow, and team leadership. The role offers exposure across the business, giving you real impact instead of box-ticking reporting. If you enjoy optimizing processes, building financial models, and leading a small team while staying close to operations, this role gives you both challenge and stability.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes across the business.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
• Oversee annual audits and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Support leadership with insights that improve commercial performance.
• Lead and develop a finance team to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom Accounting (minimum requirement).
• Minimum of 7 years' experience within a finance function.
• Proven experience in financial management, planning, and reporting.
• Exposure to inventory management and stock control is highly advantageous.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar environment is beneficial.
• Team leadership or management experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Solid financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Ability to manage deadlines and audits independently.
• Comfortable working across operational and strategic finance.
