Job Description
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Centurion. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of core finance processes while supporting business growth in a dynamic and highly regulated sector.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts with accurate financial insights.
- Driving the month-end reporting process and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Assisting with statutory audits, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis, and business commentary.
- Ensuring strong financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies.
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve financial efficiency and decision-making.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) - essential.
- 3-5 years' post-articles experience (preferably in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, and month-end processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
