Are you a CA(SA) with 3-5 years' post-articles experience and a track record of leading finance in complex environments? A leading player in the construction and roads sector is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and cash flow management for their growing group. This role requires someone sharp, decisive, and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Full Financial Function: Oversee accounting, reporting, and cash flow for the group
- Caseware (Preferred): Drive accurate reporting and consolidate results
- Compliance & Controls: Maintain strong internal controls and ensure governance
- Strategic Input: Partner with leadership on budgets, forecasting, and performance management
- Leadership: Mentor and guide finance staff while building team capacity
- CA(SA) essential
- 3-5+ years' post-articles experience
- Industry exposure in construction/roads is highly advantageous
- Strong reporting, cash flow management, and accounting expertise
- Caseware experience
- A confident communicator with strong leadership ability
