Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager/Controller for a full-time on-site role located in Franschhoek, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, streamlining accounting procedures, creating financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management or accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax regulations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus
