Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Com (Accounting) or similar qualification (essential)
- 3-5 years' experience in a Financial Management role
- Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Interpret, control, and manage computerized reporting systems across the group
- Drive strategic finance projects and develop new financial templates and models
- Improve systems and reporting processes to enhance efficiency
- Lead annual budgets, forecasts, consolidations, and variance analysis at group level
- Manage key cost drivers, working capital, and divisional efficiencies
- Prepare monthly and management reports with accuracy and insight
- Oversee, mentor, and develop finance team members
- Strengthen internal control procedures and ensure compliance with group policies
- Handle ad hoc group-level financial responsibilities and office administration
- Strong conceptual and analytical ability
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team
- High performance and results-driven approach
