Our client in the Lifestyle industry is currently looking for a Financial Manager, in Durban.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and completing the monthly management journals.
• Completing and reporting the monthly management accounts to Group and FD after finalizing the above-mentioned review.
• Reviewing and auditing all financial data produced by the finance department including but not limited to:
• Revenue.
• Cost of sales.
• Non-billable costs.
• General expense.
• Cash book accruals.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Leave pay provision.
• Fixed assets.
• Vehicle asset finance liability.
• COS accruals.
• Travel account.
• Credit cards.
• Cell phone accounts.
• Petrol card.
• Other assets.
• Other liabilities.

• Minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Financial Management.
• Minimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience managing staff.
• Post-graduate Honors Degree specializing in Accounting (or similar)
• Experience and knowledge of Accounting up to Balance Sheet (including cashbook, general ledger, trial balance, cash flow, creditors etc.)
• Experience of working on MDA Software (advantageous)
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience is essential.

• R50 000 xe2x80x93 R70 000 CTC per month.
