Job & Company Description:
My client is a entity that owns, operates, or finance income-producing real estate across various sectors. They generate income through renting, leasing, or selling properties.
The successful applicant will report to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for preparing financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement, to summarize the organization's financial performance and position. Ensuring that financial records are reconciled regularly, such as bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Collaborating with management to develop budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against these plans, and providing variance analysis. Implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure data integrity.
