Job Summary Would you like to be part of the team on the ground of a new renewable energy business that will be a pioneering it's way through the sector to be the first of it's kind to deliver energy in the intended structure? If you are CA(SA) qualified, with 2 - 5 years post-qualification experience, solid understanding, through experience, of the renewable energy sector, then this may the role of a lifetime for you! Responsibilities: Reporting including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, P&L performance analysis Budget including preparation, review, cashflow simulation and project forecasting Understand the EPC (Engineering, Construction & Procurement Contracts) and financial close agreements and manage the progress through the construction phase Loan compliance including management, reporting and stakeholder communication Working capital management including ownership of monthly, statutory and annual reporting Audit including preparation and coordination of audit deliverables Tax compliance and company secretarial responsibilities Requirements: Qualified CA (SA) qualification required, with 2 to 5 years' relevant commercial experience Excellent technical and analytical financial management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence and accuracy Strong reporting skills (Advanced Excel) Experience in renewable energy highly advantageous, with other energy, utilities, asset heavy industries as a minimum Experience in project finance management advantageous Entrepreneurial spirit is a must Commercially astute with excellent communication and relationship building skills Results-driven attitude with commitment to high quality output Ability to manage and prioritise own workload Hard-working, committed and dedicated - energetic and highly focused Proactive self-starter and high-achiever who thrives on a challenge Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles.
