Job Description


As the Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our mission to deliver top-quality healthcare services while driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor key financial indicators and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage their respective budgets effectively.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
  • Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct financial analysis for investment decisions and business development initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and growth initiatives within the healthcare sector.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in financial management for the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably with a specialization or relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-article experience in financial management.
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financial operations, reimbursement models, and industry-specific accounting practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information effectively.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
